Venus in Scorpio

Venus enters Scorpio and starts prepping for her Underworld journey, she will ‘disappear’ into the light of the Sun. We won’t be able to see her for a while, until she is reborn as the morning star in November. 

Venus is associated with love, beauty, pleasure, attraction and value. Scorpio asks what happens beyond what is comfortable, visible or easy to understand.

In this vulnerable space deepening comes through softening, as an invitation to search.

Venus in Scorpio can bring questions of intimacy, trust, power, attachment, shared resources and emotional truth; beneath all of these is a deeper relationship:

the relationship you have with yourself.

This Venus journey carries the archetypal thread of Persephone; descent, searching, encounter and reclamation. This is where the deeper work begins: with you.

Venus retrograde does not bring exes back from the past, it is about noticing what is happening within you.

Maybe you will find answers about who you love, what you want, or what you are willing to receive. The deep dive however is very much about looking at yourself, without looking away.

Look to the house where 0° - 8° Scorpio falls in your natal chart. This is where the first part of the Venus journey can become exceptionally personal.
