Seven years ago, I had an idea.

I was writing astrology for SweetNeverMind and using birth charts in my work with children as a pedagogue, and for my energy work clients through Life Alignment.

And I loved crystals.

So the idea came naturally: let’s create something with what I love.

The first Astro Bracelet I made was a present for Ryan. I wanted to gift him unique, something that brought together his astrology, crystals and energy in a way he could feel it.

What I didn’t know was that this idea would lead me to create hundreds of unique bracelets over the years.

Something happened through making them: Astrology, a birth chart, became tangible and wearable.

The bracelets brought astrology to people who might never have booked an astrology session.

Looking back now, I see that first bracelet as one of those inspired insights that change the direction of your work.

It was my way of making astrology practical.

Because Ryan and I have started our traveling chapter, I’m not making Astro Bracelets at the moment.

But I’m incredibly grateful for what they brought into my work and life:: you can capture something of the energy of the stars and translate it into something beautiful, physical and personal.

A reminder that we are, quite literally, made of stars.

And perhaps that is where STARdeSIGN really began.

Seven years.

The Act of Becoming.

My work has evolved through years of working with people, patterns, development and transformation.

Crystals as space-holders on the chart, written protocols and lists once helped create the container for deep conversation.

Now, the deep conversation itself creates the space for understanding, for seeing what ready to be shifted, and for bringing in momentum.

That’s where the magic happens.

There are always crystals around, though.

My clients often experience my Aquarian astrology as a co-creation. In a Transformative Astro Consultation I don’t rattle off transits, we talk about what I see together and often something all of the sudden begins to make sense.

We explore patterns, possibilities and perspectives, gently unraveling something they have felt for years and never knew what it really was.

The star chart opens the conversation and the conversation creates space for understanding and allowing for shifts to happen.

That is what I mean by astrology made practical ✦

I dreamt it, imagined it and began building it.

One idea became another, my vision became STARdeSIGN’s body of work; created with love, written with curiosity.

STARdeSIGN’s act of becoming is coming through me.

Finding my voice, following my North Node: speaking what is mine to say, and trusting it will reach the people it resonates with.
