Hygeia in Virgo

9 October 2026 - 6 August 2027

Asteroid Hygeia (10), Goddess of holistic health and preventative healing, enters Virgo, inviting you to create a rhythm that supports your wellbeing on every level: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

She asks you to look at the details of daily life. What are you doing repeatedly that nourishes you, and what quietly depletes you?

Hygeia in Virgo is about creating sustainable rituals of care. Sleep, nourishment, movement, rest, work, your environment and the way you use your time all become part of the medicine.

This is also a time for decluttering: mental blocks, physical habits, outdated routines and accumulated noise can take up precious space within you. As you release what no longer serves you, there is more room for emotional wisdom, intuition and your deep, ever-present innate wisdom.

Hygeia wants to support others, but she knows her Cup needs to be replenished too. The Reimagined Virgo understands that she cannot pour from an empty cup. She needs a heart that is content and a nervous system that feels safe enough to relax to care for others.

When you give with expectations, is there space for true fulfilment?

When you feel abundantly nourished yourself, you can give freely and unconditionally, without losing yourself in the process.

Where are you giving from an empty cup?

Preventative care includes learning when to pause, receive, say no and tend to yourself.

In mid-January, Hygeia and Psyche station retrograde together at 20°06′ Virgo, beginning a shared inward journey of soul retrieval. Psyche, the soul, and Hygeia, holistic health, turn inward together, inviting you to listen more deeply, discern what matters, integrate what you discover and restore what has been neglected.

Practical medicine becomes soul medicine, one small choice at a time.

Your Virgo House shows you where Hygeia’s medicine is inviting you to create a healthier rhythm, release what depletes you and make more space for your whole self.

With love,

Jess
