How I see and work with astrology

STARdeSIGN approaches astrology as a language of timing, resonance and awareness.

Astrology is not a belief system and it is not about handing responsibility and authority to the stars.

It is a way of reading cycles, within us and around us.

The planets do not cause events, their movements describe times of emphasis within consciousness, individual and collective.

Astrology shows when certain parts of your star chart are activated, intensified or invited into awareness.

What we do with that information remains a matter of choice, maturity and embodiment.

Your star chart is not your identity, it shows a snapshot of the pattern of the planets at the moment you entered your life. It reveals innate rhythms, sensitivities, tensions and capacities, for you to unpack, if you want to.

Transits are not “good” or “bad”, they are cycles of becoming.

Because planetary sequences repeat, we can re-interpret them; this is where astrology becomes ‘predictive’, not as fortune-telling, but as anticipatory awareness.

Just as we can recognise the approach of winter or the turning of a tide, astrology allows us to read:

• periods of growth or contraction

• times that ask for action or reflection

• moments of initiation, completion, integration or recalibration

Big planetary alignments are not dramatic events by default, they are actually moments of coherence, acting as catalysts for change and evolution.

Astrology becomes distorted when it is used to:

• remove agency

• reinforce fixed identities

• generate fear or dependency

I see astrology as a conscious practice, not as passive consumption.

My work integrates astrology with:

• embodiment

• ritual and timing

• archetypal awareness

• symbolism as exploration

• conscious choice
